We also take checks, M/O and hyperWallet. If you prefer one of these methods just place your order via email or via the Contact page. Please include your full address, the item number and a brief description of the products or products. We will respond with our hyperWallet ID if applicable, and let you know the shipping fee & estimated delivery date.
You can choose to opt out of the transaction if you disagree with the shipping. We try very hard to estimate the exact cost of shipping, and will even refund you a portion if we go over.
Shipping is done via UPS for USA and USPS for Canada, Hawaii and Alaska.
Generally UPS shipping takes 5 business days. Canada may take as much as
2 weeks or longer if your Customs gets involved.
SHIPPING FEES
We try only to charge by weight and destination via UPS or USPS.
Canada, Alaska and Hawaii will garner higher shipping fees.
We may invoice you after purchase with the correct shipping fee if you purchased via the cart and are in these areas or outside the lower 48 States as our calculator does not calculate outisde this area. ALSO, if you purchase an item requiring a freight rate, we will notify you of the charges before processing the order. We may also refund a portion of shipping if you made a large order, as shipping is
based on purchase amount rather than weight.

INSURANCE & TRACKING
Insurance is purchased for USA and Canadian orders up to $100.00. Above that,
the buyer will have the opportunity to purchase extra insurance. We will contact the buyer to ask if they want signature confirmation as well.
OUT OF STOCK If we are out of stock we will contact you immediately to check if you want to be
on back order and let you know how long that might take. Of course, we will immediately issue a full refund if you don't wish to wait.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Google Checkout, HyperWallet, M/O, drafts, and on some large purchases, personal checks. A bank hold will apply for personal checks and certain M/O. Remember, you can use our cart to pay by CC.
TO pay via M/O or check, just send us an email or use the contact form to place your order. Do not use the cart.
RETURN POLICY
Items damaged en-route are dealt with by the Carrier since most items have insurance.
We do accept some returns but require you contact us immediately! Items found defective will garner an exchange first, or a refund if we are out of stock.
ONLY Items that are found defective will be exchanged. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase with original packaging and documentation for an exchange or refund.
Most items with a warranty are dealt with through the manufacturers Warranty.

Privacy
At Pin-feathers, we respect the privacy of our customers. We do not retain, sell or otherwise share any customer information. All information is used only for purchase transaction, communications during the order processing and shipping period, and communications regarding products (if so desired).
We use Google Checkout. Google will not disclose your credit card number or bank account number to anyone you have paid. The only information the checkout site shares with the merchant, is your address for shipping purposes, your phone number if it's included with the address, and your email address for communication purposes.
We also use hyperWallet for those customers that choose not to use the shopping cart, as it allows you to pay directly from your bank account. The same rules apply as with Google checkout or even Paypal.
hyperWallet does not share bank account information with the merchant or anyone you have paid. The only information shared with the merchant is your address for shipping pruposes, your phone number if submitted, and your email address.
